Barkhaus, Ph.D., Vocational Expert and Career Counselor, is certified by the American Board of Vocational Experts and is qualified by virtue of his advanced degree, extensive knowledge, and professional experience.  He has conducted research, evaluations, and provided vocational expert testimony for more than 32 years in over 4,500 cases before Administrative Law Judges and in local, state and federal courts.
